Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days, while express options are available at checkout if you need your gear sooner.

What is your return policy on decks and hardware?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original shrink wrap and have not been gripped or skated. Custom-built completes are non-refundable.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Underground Skate Shop ships worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred upon arrival.

Can I request a specific color for my free griptape?

All deck purchases include a sheet of standard black griptape. If you prefer a specific brand or color, please add it to your cart separately and leave a note if you want us to apply it for you.

How do I know which truck size fits my deck?

We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Generally, the axle width should match the width of your deck for the best stability and performance.
