At Underground Skate Shop, we want to ensure you are stoked on your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that skated decks, assembled completes, or worn apparel cannot be returned due to safety and quality standards.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags are attached and hardware is included; for decks, ensure the shrink wrap remains intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
